The Ethicality Matrix
The Ethicality Matrix is designed to target the intersection between legality and ethicality to ensure your actions permeate the goal behavior, in Unclouded Vision's case, to be ethical and legal. As reinforcement to other resources your company may use this tool when decision making allows the matrix to align values of internal and external stakeholders.
Arguments, refusal to help, fake calling in sick, or, blatantly, leaving work for personal reasons are things some may consider unethical, and are what we call soft violations in the ethicality matrix. Soft violations can also be considered what we call soft crimes. Soft crimes are still unethical, like not returning your neighbors sugar, or taking a resource from a co-worker’s desk without asking permission. Sometimes soft violations may be punishable in small claims court, however they do not jeopardize your freedoms or cause long term damage, unless the actions are repetitive. This is why we use the language of crime and violation in this context.
Unclouded Vision developed the Ethicality Matrix, to help in starting the process of Education. Which is discussed in the description of The L.O.V.E. Framework free tool.

- Corporate Social Responsibility
